Ford Focus RS: Rebirth of an Icon

In a series of eight episodes, shot on location across two continents and five countries, we told the inside story of the development of the Ford Focus RS. Our documentary crew followed the development team as they readied the RS for a global launch. From the desert heat of Arizona to a frozen lake in the Arctic, and from the design studio to the crash lab, we laid bare the high and the lows of an ambitious project. Initially launched on YouTube, the series has been viewed over 4 million times and achieved earned media coverage in over 300 titles. A one-hour special was then produced and has been shown in over 58 countries. In total the film has reach over 11 million people and presented a 20:1 ROI for Ford.

The campaign has now been nominated for an award in the forthcoming Brand Film Festival, in association with PR Week and Campaign magazine.
